WLG MasterChats are a safe, comfortable space where WLG members can learn new skills, share experiences, or get advice while connecting with other female local government leaders. These short calls are held on the first and third Thursdays of every month at 1:00 p.m. and last only 30 minutes. The calls cover a variety of topics including leadership lessons, project management, problem solving, self-care, balance, and other topics specific to women in a small group setting. These calls are informal, comfortable sessions that provide an opportunity for all attendees to speak (or just listen!) and ask other women in local government their questions.

Critical thinking skills are essential to decision making. In this episode of Master Chat, Amy Chang, Director of Finance and Administration for the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority, will share her toolbox and invite you to share yours so that we can all learn and improve on this essential skill.
