At the recent Women’s Leadership Summit, several women raised the topic of burn out – including how to manage work obligations (while doing more with less) and family obligations.  DeAnna Hilbrants, Assistant Director of Business Services, Silicon Valley Power will lead a discussion on Burn Out.  DeAnna will share some of her techniques (including things she wished she would have learned when she was younger).  Please bring your suggestions and challenges for an interactive discussion.
