WLG Community Chats

WLG’s Community Chats are a safe, comfortable space where CAWLG members can learn new skills, share experiences, or get advice while connecting with other female local government leaders.

Held on the first Thursday of every month from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Community Chats cover a variety of topics, including leadership lessons, project management, problem solving, self-care, balance, and other topics specific to women.

The Community Chats are informal, comfortable sessions providing an opportunity for all attendees to speak (or just listen!), and ask questions of other women in local government.
